Speed and Strength Training Features

 

Every athlete and coach reading this desires speed. So what comes with the speed training program:

  • 4 twelve week programs.  That is one program for each age, u-14 to U-18. There is a total of 36speed workouts to take you through 12 weeks. The program is a designed for the preseason. 
  • The entire program consists of strength, movement, plyometric, power, muscle activation and foam rolling exercises at different points in the program.  
  • The speed training program comes with videos,  animation or descriptions of various exercises involved.  See the examples below.
