  Free Nutritional plan specific to Individual Player

Eating the right foods will significantly enhance performance.  Higher performance means you will be a better player or team.  This is not a one size fits all nutrition plan.  This is a specific seven plan for one player or each player on a team based on specific criteria that I gather after you become member.  It is important that you know this nutritional plan follows ADA guidelines.  You will be provided the number of calories needed to reach your goals to start you on the path of creating your own plan.

You get choose three options for your plan: weight loss,  weight maintenance or weight gain, you choose. To generate the nutritional plan you will provide me with:  Age, Gender,  Playing time,  daily activity level etc.  Benefits and features include:

  • Higher performance on the soccer field. 

  • Being a better soccer player with lowered fatigued

Not only do I give you the seven day plan but also the calories needed for those days, how many servings of each type of food for each meal and day.  Then I will give you a list of foods and their serving sizes so that you can plan your own meals after the seven day plan is over.  

You can order as many 7 day nutrition plans as you want.
