Elite Soccer Fitness is an online program. You will not receive anything in the mail.
When you purchase the product you must try it out for 12 weeks before a refund can be given. The reason is that someone can easily purchase the product, say they don't want it, ask for a refund then still keep it because it is a digital product. Therefore you must try out the program for twelve weeks and if you don't get results then we will refund your money.
As of right now the program is only built for youth girls and boys U14 to U18.
