How many programs do I get access to upon purchasing?

If you purchase the individual program you get access to all U-14 to U-18 Boys and Girls Programs. If you purchase the team program you get access to all U-14 to U-18 Boys and Girls team programs.

Will I receive an actual product in the mail?

Elite Soccer Fitness is completely downloadable.  This means you have instant access to the product upon purchase.

What is your return policy?

When you purchase the product you must try it out for 12 weeks before a refund can be given.  The reason is that someone can easily purchase the product,  say they don't want it, ask for a refund then still keep it because it is a digital product.  Therefore you must try out the program for twelve weeks and if you don't get results then we will refund your money.

Is the program for Senior players?

As of right now the program is only built for youth girls and boys U14 to U18.  This might be something we look at in the future.

Try the program for 12 weeks and if you or your team does not improve your fitness levels your money will be refunded. You get to keep the free bonuses.
